Class Descriptions

*Same Class, New Name: NP FIT*

This class will be what group has historically been: a balance of all aspects of fitness. Weight training, core, conditioning,etc will be programmed with a goal of improving all aspects of fitness. This class will vary from weight training, circuit, and conditioning days leading to balance and sustainable gains in all things fitness.

*New Class: NP LIFT*

Any BODY can do this class but the emphasis will be on becoming a stronger human :) We will be focusing on the big lifts such as squats, deadlifts and presses as well as programming geared towards building strength and muscle. There will still be some conditioning (you still need a healthy heart) but the goal of this class is to get STRONGER and build MUSCLE.

*New Class: NP Combo*

If NP FIT and NP LIFT had a baby, this would be it. This will be a balance of strength-centric weight training and functional conditioning. The weights will be heavier (remember this is relative to your current level) than NP Fit class and there will be more conditioning than NP LIFT. A perfect balance :)

*New Class: Mobility Express*

We all want to and need to move better. This class will bridge the gap between the 7:30 and 9:00am class on Saturdays. You will learn self massage techniques as well as functional stretches to improve your squat, press, pull, posture, and more!

Stay after the 7:30 class or Come early for the 9:00am class


This class will focus on rebuilding your foundation of strength and continuously progress to keep you challenged, get you stronger and get you back to doing all the things you love! Establish a functional breathing pattern to properly recruit the deep core and pelvic floor. Strengthen all the "mom muscles" with functional movement, postural and body awareness and strength training.

Ideal for any stage of Motherhood! Postpartum is for life.
